Prevon Model Terms
These terms cover every model Prevon LLC ("Prevon") publishes with a link to them, including Prevon Pith and Prevon Pulse, every version (each one, "the Model"). Prevon made them by fine-tuning Google's Gemma.
1. Gemma comes first. The Model is a Model Derivative under the Gemma Terms of Use (https://ai.google.dev/gemma/terms) and the Prohibited Use Policy (https://ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy), and both apply in full. You must not use the Model for anything the Prohibited Use Policy restricts, and you must pass that restriction, and these terms, on to anyone you share the Model with. If anything below conflicts with the Gemma Terms or the policy, they win and only the conflicting words fall away.
2. What Prevon allows. Prevon licenses you to run, study, test, change and share the Model, changed or not, only for Free Use, at no cost. Free Use is personal, educational, research or non-profit use by an individual, a school, a researcher or a non-profit, and any use through an app or service made by Prevon. Keep these terms and the Gemma notice with every copy, and say what you changed.
3. Everything else needs Prevon's written permission. That includes Business Use: use for or inside a company or any organization that earns revenue; use in a product or service you offer to other people, free or paid; use to make money in any other way; and using the Model's weights, or anything made from them, to train, tune or improve another model for any of those. Prevon may refuse permission to anyone, and does not give it to a competitor of Prevon's products. Ask at prevon.ai/model-terms.
4. Names. Do not use the names Prevon, Pith or Pulse, or Prevon's logos, for your own version or to suggest Prevon backs it. A changed version must be renamed.
5. Marking. Prevon may build identifiers into its models so copies can be recognized. You may not remove them.
6. As is. The Model comes without any warranty, and Prevon is not liable for what you do with it, as far as the law allows. AI output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it.
7. If you go beyond these terms, your license ends, and you must stop using the Model and delete your copies. Google's rights under the Gemma Terms are separate and not changed by this.
8. This version. These are version 1. A copy of the Model is governed by the terms that came with it; Prevon may publish different terms for later models or later copies.
9. Agreement. Downloading, running or sharing the Model means you accept these terms.
10. Gemma itself is untouched. These terms cover only what Prevon added. Nothing here stops you from fine-tuning Gemma yourself under Google's terms.
11. If a part is unenforceable. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Ask for permission
Companies, and anything that makes money, need our written permission. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page, and say which model and what you want to use it for.
The models themselves are on the Models page.
These terms sit on top of Google's Gemma Terms of Use. The same text is in the app under Settings › About › Open source licenses, and it is shipped with every model file. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover the app itself.
